DaiDai Pulse is a standalone Apple Watch app. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you do in the app stays on your watch.
1. Who we are
DaiDai Pulse is an independent app published by an individual developer. For privacy questions or any other inquiries, contact teecc0329@gmail.com.
2. What we don't do
- We do not collect personal information of any kind.
- We do not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not use third-party analytics, crash reporters, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not access HealthKit, location, contacts, microphone, camera, or motion data.
- We do not send any of your activity, choices, or device information to a server.
3. What stays on your watch
The app stores the following locally on your Apple Watch (in standard iOS/watchOS local storage such as UserDefaults):
- Onboarding choices (which team you picked, which energy you chose).
- Selected teams and per-team counters (cheer count, streak).
- Cooldown and daily-cap timestamps so the app can pace your activity.
- In-app purchase entitlements provided by Apple StoreKit (e.g., extra team slots).
This data never leaves your watch. We have no ability to read it.
4. In-app purchases
DaiDai Pulse offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional team slots. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern those transactions.
Restoring purchases also goes through Apple. The app may briefly contact Apple's servers to verify entitlements; this is the only network activity in the app.
5. Refunds
All in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple, since Apple is the merchant of record. To request a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Children's privacy
DaiDai Pulse is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. Because the app does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received any such data, please contact us — there is, however, nothing for us to delete server-side because the app does not transmit data.
7. Permissions
The app does not request any system permissions beyond what watchOS automatically allows for a standard app (rendering UI, receiving taps and long-presses, playing haptics).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be reflected in the App Store description as well.
